- Should have 4-6 Yrs. of experience in domestic IT contract staffing and handled high volume hiring with T1 clients.
- Should have managed 5-6 members team in past.
- Must be highly skilled and equipped with modern technology of recruitment.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand technical JD shared by client and guide/educate the internal team on same to ensure high efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process starting from Screening, 1st level Interview, ensure attendance of candidate in client interview, offer negotiation, timely joining etc.
- Maintaining all MIS and be updated with the latest affairs.
- Helping team to achieve their targets consistently.
