We are looking for Team Lead - IT Recruiter in Coimbatore. Immediate joiners are more preferable.
:

Min. 5 years of experience as an IT Recruiter
Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Sound knowledge of IT concepts and latest trends.
Coordinating with the clients to get the requirements and following up with them for the feedback of the processed profiles.
Responsible to handle 6 Members of Team
Achieving Daily Submittal Targets and maintaining a good submittal ratio between Interviews/Placement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Should be an aggressive and quick learner.
