Description: Vendor Resource IIB Developer Technology: IBM Integration Bus (IIB) Area: AIP - P&B Role: Developer Required to work in shifts: Yes (2nd Shift). Experience 3-5 Years of relevant technical experience with an ability to design, develop and troubleshoot on IBM Message Broker/ IIB /ACE and WMQ configuration. Requires the ability to work effectively on independent projects, as well as in cooperation with diverse technical professionals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1) Design, implement, and support advanced and diverse integration solutions using the IBM WebSphere Integration suite - IBM Message Broker (WMB)/ IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/App Connect Enterprise (ACE), WMQ 8.x or above. 2) Understand and analyze the business requirements to design the solution. 3) Manage technical components of large integration projects to include implementation of transformation, routing, pub/sub determinations and ability to integrate with audit logging and exception frameworks. 4) Prioritize tasks and coordinate with the team for project deliverables within decided timelines. Mandatory skills Technical Skills: IIB, WMQ, Core Java, XML, SQL 1. Development experience using XML technologies: XSD, XSLT is a must. 2. Good understanding and experience on core Java is must. 3. Experience on Web services implementation, WebSphere MQ and JMS a must. 4. Experience with Database integration including Oracle/DB2 systems is required. Soft Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills Proven analytical and problem resolution skills Proactive responsible individual with an ability to work as an individual contributor. Nice to have skills 1. Knowledge on WTX 8.x for Integration Server or higher will be a plus. 2. Understanding of JAVA/J2EE, Spring frameworks a plus.
