Roles and Responsibilities: Assist the Client Service Team in TP benchmarking Analysis Preparation of Transfer pricing Memorandums Assist in litigation Internal and external Stakeholder management Delivering high quality CST work Ensuring compliance and risk requirements Drive CST satisfaction scores Identification of ways to improve CST\'s productivity and Account mining Awareness of Tax SBU\'s service offerings and collaboration with respective service lines Ensure team is updated on information about changes in tax rules,schemes and policy Maintaining and reviewing of all operational and people metrics with PLs/Management regularly Adhere to operational excellence norms on tickets Time booking under appropriate client charge codes by team Qualification adn skill requirement B.COm/MCom, CA/ CPA PQE of 4-8 years (For Graduates) and 4-6 years (For CA/ CPA/ MBA) from CA firmswithexpertise in areas of Tax Management is preferred Good verbal and written communication skills Project and Stakeholder management skills Equal Opportunity Employer KPMG India has a policy of providing equal opportunity for all applicants and employees regardless of their color, caste, religion, age, sex/gender, national origin, citizenship, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability or other legally protected status.
