The Team

Multinational organizations are operating in an environment of unprecedented complexity. The

rising volume and variety of intercompany transactions and transfer pricing regulations,

accompanied by increased enforcement activities worldwide have made transfer pricing a leading

Work you\'ll do

As an Assistant Manager in our Tax team, you will build and nurture positive working relationships

with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You will:

\xef\x82\xb7 Drafting transfer pricing studies to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation

\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation and filing of accountant\'s report in Form 3CEB stating the cross-border

transactions of multinational corporations

\xef\x82\xb7 Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities in the

appropriate syntax

\xef\x82\xb7 Conducting benchmarking studies on database i.e. Prowess and Capitaline

\xef\x82\xb7 Suggesting clients on the appropriate arm\'s length to be maintained through advisory

planning memos

\xef\x82\xb7 Representing clients before the tax authorities like TPOs, AOs, CIT (A), etc.

\xef\x82\xb7 Assisting in Transfer pricing advisory and restructuring assignments

\xef\x82\xb7 Involving in key Transfer Pricing Planning assignments including Cost Allocation, Profit

Planning, Shifting to a Low Risk Model, Agreements Drafting and Intellectual Property

Restructuring

\xef\x82\xb7 Advising clients on the applicability of the latest amendments related to domestic transfer

pricing to their business

\xef\x82\xb7 Reviewing the correctness and authenticity of inter-company agreements between subsidiaries

\xef\x82\xb7 Visiting clients to understand their business and conducting functional interviews

\xef\x82\xb7 Imparting knowledge on various transfer pricing topics to new employees and freshers through

learning sessions

Qualifications

\xef\x82\xb7 CA or CS or MBA Finance Primer Institutes

\xef\x82\xb7 Preferably 1-2 year Experience in Transfer Pricing

\xef\x82\xb7 Strong Technical Knowledge & clarity of concepts

\xef\x82\xb7 Leadership Qualities

\xef\x82\xb7 Creative and Innovative thinking

\xef\x82\xb7 Effective communication and presentation skills

\xef\x82\xb7 People\'s person

\xef\x82\xb7 Persistent and persuasive
