IC IT AuditorAuditor 2Role SummaryAn exciting opportunity exists to join Flutter\xe2\x80\x99s Internal Controls Team in our new Shared Capability Centre in Hyderabad.We are seeking to hire talented Internal Controls IT Auditors to join the team. The ideal candidates will have experience working in a SCC function for a major multinational company.The Flutter Internal Controls team is a key part of our governance framework and an important component of the \xe2\x80\x98second line of defence\xe2\x80\x99. A key Group-wide function, lead by the Global Head of Internal Controls, it is responsible for promoting high standards of internal controls to reduce financial risk, delivering the annual internal controls testing plan, and providing guidance to the business on what robust controls look like. The roles involve providing an independent opinion on the design adequacy of the control framework and providing objective assurance to confirm that the controls are operating as expected.The role may require a small amount of travel, up to a maximum of 10%.Key Responsibilities\xe2\x97\x8fCompleting both design adequacy and operating effectiveness testing of the assigned systems / ITGCs in accordance with defined quality standards and deadlines\xe2\x97\x8fIdentify, and where applicable, helping to implement IT General Computing Controls\xe2\x97\x8fEnsuring high standard quality documentation and test scripts are delivered on a consistent and timely basis\xe2\x97\x8fCommunicating and reporting deficiency findings to management\xe2\x97\x8fMonitoring management\xe2\x80\x99s responses and implementation of agreed remediation plans\xe2\x97\x8fEnsuring effective business changes are introduced as a result of deficiency findings\xe2\x97\x8fLiaising with internal and external auditors as required\xe2\x97\x8fWorking with the Head of Internal Controls, Internal Controls IT Manager, internal controls colleagues, InfoSec and Heads of Technology, to improve internal control\xe2\x97\x8fBuilding strong professional relationships with peers and management in the businessSkills & Experience\xe2\x97\x8fIT Audit (CISA), or IT Security (CISM, CISSP) qualifications required\xe2\x97\x8fStrong academic record with degree in Finance, Business, or related field\xe2\x97\x8f2+ years audit experience in enterprise environments\xe2\x97\x8fAdvanced understanding of IT General Computing Controls (ITGCs)\xe2\x97\x8fCompetent knowledge of IT and Information Security operations, policies and procedures in areas such as Windows Active Directory, Unix/Linux, and databases\xe2\x97\x8fKnowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP or Azure), operational frameworks and security controls would be beneficial\xe2\x97\x8fAbility to identify issues and associated risks, and provide practical solutions to a wide range of Internal Controls issues\xe2\x97\x8fProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\xe2\x97\x8fExperience in a SCC function for a major multinational company and / or sports betting industry would be a distinct advantage\xe2\x97\x8fStrong stakeholder relationship management skills and adept at working across timezones and cultures in a SCCBehavioural Competencies\xe2\x97\x8fStrong analytical and technical skills\xe2\x97\x8fHighly motivated, proactive and able to work on own initiative\xe2\x97\x8fComfortable operating in fast-paced environment\xe2\x97\x8fGreat team player\xe2\x97\x8fAbility to influence change at all levels of management\xe2\x97\x8fAbility to develop and establish strong positive working relationships with the business\xe2\x97\x8fExcellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results\xe2\x97\x8fAbility to communicate (both written and verbal) to all levels of management and write meaningful reports and presentations
