Experience- 5 years Qualification - Any GraduationTroubleshooting Skills of IBMi Operating System.Good knowledge of Operating System (general), Ops Navigator, BRMS, HMC & TCP/IP.Knowledge in IBM i Performance Management.Knowledge on Power HA & Connect: DIRECT.Performing system IPL.
Knowledge on iCluster and troubleshooting on errors.PTF\xe2\x80\x99s (Program Temporary Fixes)Should be well versed with ITIL concepts and more specific understanding of Service operations activities.Worked in an infrastructure critical environment and understands how technology adds value to the business and ultimately the end customer.Ability to work effectively as a team player.Good Communication and interpersonal skillsBanking domain experience will be added advantage.Experience with standard change, incident, and problem management process.Willingness to work in 24x7x365 IBMi environment including on-call rotation, weekend work, etc.Must be able to perform well as a member of a larger team.Ability to establish mutual expectations with clients is required. Ensuring that the processes are adhered to.Excellent oral and written communication skills (English) are critical for success in this job.
Must be motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
