Human Resources - Recruitment & Operations Recruitment: Receiving requests from the departments for new job availability & hiring as per the TAT Creating job postings in social media and jobsites Advertising job availability through online channels and other media Telephonic Interviewing potential job candidates Reaching out to a number of applicants large enough to guarantee a more than satisfactory hire after interviewing Designing recruitment strategies Networking with industry professionals and employment agencies who may know suitable candidates Participating in salary negotiation & offer releaseOperations:

  • Managing all the day-to-day activities of HR Department
  • Implementation of Human Resources Systems & processes, Policies and procedures
  • Maintenance of HR Registers & employee files
  • Talent Acquisition & Management of complete employee life cycle from Induction, Trainings to Exit
  • Payroll processing, Leave records management and attendance management
  • Monitoring and maintenance of all the statuary compliance required for the business
  • Monitoring of all the employee facilitations, House Keeping & Welfare activities
  • Grievance handling & employee engagement
  • Administering disciplinary procedures related to employees
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per monthBenefits:
