About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle 100+ candidates daily (calling)
2. Find the interested candidates and schedule their interviews with TL
3. Check the interview location and share the same with the candidate
4. Lineup minimum of 10+ candidates on a daily basis for the attendance
5. Ensure a minimum of 5 turn-ups for attendance

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (? 5000 per as per company incentive plan).
