About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process
2. Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, such as planning and organizing team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and social events
3. Assisting with performance management activities, including maintaining employee records, tracking performance metrics, and providing support during the performance review process
4. Assisting with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee files, responding to employee inquiries, and processing HR-related documentation

Requirements:

1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 20000 per work performance).
