About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on interviewing, recruiting, onboarding new recruits, documentation, and completing the exit formalities for leaving candidates
2. Conduct performance management and provide feedback
3. Work on team formation and work culture development
4. Work on maintaining payroll, timekeeping, attendance, salary records, data, etc. for all employees
5. Manage admin-related work, communication with clients, counseling and closing deals with prospective clients, and preparing and delivering seminars related to the company
