iTeach Schools is a fast-growing community of transformational schools providing a high-quality and free education to secondary students. We operate nine Grades VIII to X schools across Pune and PCMC, and a unique College to Career program.

Our students belong to Pune's most under-resourced households. Driving recruitment activities -
a) Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates from different online portals
b) Assisting in ideating and designing referral campaigns for the organization
c) Scheduling interviews and updating the candidates on the interview process

Manage applicants database on Applicant Tracking Software- Zoho Recruit
Working on designing and executing of various recruitment pilots
Helping in lead generation of college and university contacts across the country.

Education & Experience:
Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource or Marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva is preferred, or any designing tools
Excellent in verbal and written communication.

Stipend between 8k-10k
