About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on screening resumes and application forms
2. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
3. Post and update job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
4. Prepare HR-related reports as needed
5. Address employee queries about benefits
6. Participate in organizing company events and career days
7. Work on cold-calling candidates on a daily basis
8. Work on keeping a track of all data work

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (? 250 per hire).
