Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Sourcing & recruiting talent, resources & channel partners (implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques)
2. Finding and onboarding channel partners
3. Hiring relevant resources as per iKors's requirement
4. Finding and contacting sourcing institutes, candidates, interns, and relevant individuals to meet our talent needs
5. Contributing to the administrative duties
