Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screening and shortlisting the profiles according to the requirements
2. Engaging in the end-to-end coordination of interviews
3. Reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens
4. Sourcing potential candidates from various job portals/social channels (e.g., Naukri and LinkedIn)
5. Working on understanding and summarizing the candidate\'s key strengths, liabilities, and requirements
6. Advertising job openings on job boards, the company\'s careers page, and social media
