Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruit and onboard new hires
2. Conduct performance management analysis and provide feedback to manage payroll & benefits for employees
3. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
4. Manage the recruitment and selection process for our train & hire programs
