About the internship

AtEase is an inclusive mental health platform, by Lilac Insights, that aims to offer professional support to individuals of all identities through therapy, counseling, and psychiatric services. Our vision is to unfilter mental health using an intersectional, social justice, queer affirmative, and trauma-informed lens.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead, develop and implement #CompanyAtEase program
2. Create a systematic and process-driven approach to partner with corporates based on their needs and goals
3. Identify and source mental health partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and client visits
4. Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
5. Be the voice for corporate customers
6. Understand and provide feedback on the platform, programs, and deliverable development for corporates
7. Achieve revenue numbers for corporate and institutional channels
8. Create a strategy for growing revenue from corporate and institutional channels
9. Execute and drive the execution of campaigns focusing on corporates and institutions.
