About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Prepare job descriptions
2. Work on screening resumes with matching skill sets and requirements
3. Source job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
4. Work on interviewing potential sales staff members using industry-standard techniques
5. Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
6. Serve as an employee advocate for new hires as well as established employees
7. Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job
