About the internship
We are looking for an HR executive Intern who will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage/salary reviews, disciplinary action, learning & development, and have knowledge of all legal requirements in this role. Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment. A compassionate and convincing professional that hires develops and retains qualified employees.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle end to end process of recruitment (both technical & non-technical)
2. Interact with potential candidates using various Job Portals and professional networks
3. Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
4. Manage outbound facing engagement including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.
5. Interview applicants - via virtual platforms and conduct on-site interviews.
6. Contribute toward other HR and engagement activities monitor and apply best HR recruiting practices
7. Work on joining formalities and exit formalities
8. Assist corporate HR manager in the day to day activity
