About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on end-to-end recruitment life cycle
2. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
3. Calling and sourcing candidates from the given database
4. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
5. Collecting and verifying documents post-selection and proceeding offer release
6. Creating and maintaining documentation of the database and the progress of each candidate
7. Maintaining a professional work style and working as part of the team
8. Keeping Record of payroll tasks - attendance tracking, pay slip processing, PF & ESI, insurance coordination with banks
