Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Recruitment:
1.Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to get profiles for open positions.
2.Review and analyze resumes
3.Explore job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
4. Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process
