Urgently Hiring: Recruiter

Location- Pune

Budget - 3 to 3.5 lakhs pa , notice period 0 to 7 days

Qualification/Experience and Budget required for the position

Qualification MBA/Diploma 2 yrs in HR with specialization in HR

Experience 2-3 yrs exp in recruitment in manufacturing industry especially from cement, steel, aluminum.

Candidates from Building materials would be added advantage

The company\'s product portfolio includes innovative, specialized, and futuristic products capable of addressing todays challenges. The product portfolio of the company comprises Roofing Sheets, Fibre Cement Boards, and Flat Sheets.

The Company has a robust distribution network of 3,000+dealers across India and it has catered to 1 million+ customers so far since inception.

Responsibilities, Quantifiable results/deliverables (KRAs) expected from the position:

Posting jobs in portals

Co ordinating with consultants and candidates.

Scheduling interviews

Job postings on various platforms

Referrals schemes,

Issuing of offer letters, preparation of appointment letters

On boarding new hires

Ensuring laptop/desktop, visiting cards, and all the joining documents process done on the day of joining of the candidate

Coordination with plants for recruitment

Tracking of probation confirmation and issuing confirmation letters

Personal files creation

Hiring in ERP system, creation of IDs eg employee ID, vendor ID etc

Taking new initiatives and suggesting best practices in Talent hiring

Engaging candidates, and onboard them

Doing reference checks for new hires.
