Duties and responsibilities Responsible for the entry /mid level recruitment functions of the hotel Responsible for the implementation of on boarding of new colleagues Drive colleague communication through various channels Works with Training Manager to co ordinate various training programmes Maintenance of HR Records Responsible for the administration of Human Resources related statutory compliances Liaises with hotel management and other institutions Drive various colleague engagement initiatives Act as a point of contact for all colleagues when in need Support drive various IHG people initiatives at the hotel Regular cordial interactions with colleagues to make them feel \' Accessible HR\' Qualifications And Requirements Bachelors Degree/ A post graduation in Human Resources Management is desirable 2 years\' related experience in Human Resources The statements in this job description are intended to represent the key duties and level of work being performed.
