People:
Ensure the all security personnel as well as hotel\xe2\x80\x99s staff are adhering to P&P and security procedures
Establish good cooperation with hotel\xe2\x80\x99s senior staff with other hotels
Oversee the security department including layout of security personnel and their detailed and regular training
Maintain the loyalty and discipline of all security personnel
Works with manager on manpower planning and management needs
Guest experience:
Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction by providing quality guest services.
Organise patrolling of all boundary areas, bedrooms, offices, storage areas, public areas, and function rooms
Prepare incident reports and ensure all allegations are properly followed up
Liaise with Departmental Heads to ensure hotel staff is aware of their security responsibilities
Be fully conversant of company terrorist procedures and convey to staff
Responsible for management of key control within all departments
Rendering First-Aid to guests and employees as required by internal guidelines.
Ensure all incidents are documented as required by internal guidelines.
Responsible business:
Ensure that the safety control office is never left unattended
Be alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and advise superior of same
Be correct, secure, and courteous in handling any disciplinary or criminal case
Implement the hotel policies and procedures and advise Superiors and Human Resources of action taken
Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements
Adhere to the timelines for carrying out the required Fire drill sessions/First Aid trainings as established by the local law.
Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
Qualifications and requirements Degree/ diploma in safety & Security Management or equivalent. 3-4 years of security and safety experience and/or military/law enforcement experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience The statements in this job description are intended to represent the key duties and level of work being performed.
