Role Description This is a full-time Human Resources Consultant role located on-site in Surat. As a Human Resources Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and providing necessary guidance to ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Some of your day-to-day tasks may include conducting HR audits, developing and executing HR initiatives, and managing employee issues, among others. Qualifications The following skills will be necessary for the Human Resources Consultant role: Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Knowledge and experience managing HR policies Employee Relations skills, with experience handling employee issues Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure regulatory compliance Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Professional certification or accreditation in Human Resources, such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR, is a plus
