Roles and Responsibilities Chronus is looking for an HR Manager to lead our team in Chennai and Hyderabad. This role reports to the Vice President of People Experience and DEI. Our people operations team strives to revolutionize human resources the same way that Chronus is revolutionizing the talent development industry. You will help find, grow and keep remarkable assemblage of talent and will be a champion of Chronus’ culture and values, partnering with our key business leaders to help them build their organizations and drive all people decisions helping to make Chronus an employer of choice. Responsibilities

  • Manage HR processes for our employees in the engineering organization in an effective, efficient and appropriate-to-Chronus manner. This includes employee on-boarding, performance management, talent mapping, exits, leave of absence, and relocation
  • Support in analysis of key people metrics and provide insights in a way that is helps create and implement a robust talent management strategy for the business
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for our Engineering organization ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues and facilitate interview and hiring discussions
  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis and serve as the primary HR contact to manage day-to-day HR policies and programs
  • Act as a strategic thought partner, consultant, and advisor to business leaders and employees on HR-related matters
  • Ensure legal compliance is managed throughout
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations
  • Lead the annual performance bonus and incentive policies and pay-outs for employees
  • Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide employee internal development opportunities
  • Create an efficient performance management model that aligns with the needs of the company.
  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
  • Regularly review the company's talent management processes within the business areas, including performance/potential management, resource planning and succession planning
  • Developing a fair compensation and reward system in line with the individual and departmental performance on the main KPIs
  • HR strategies to ensure an efficient team that is well-treated, supported, and motivated
  • Gathering constant feedback and data from our employees to determine which strategies are the most adequate for the team
  • Creating metrics and analysis to showcase the main KPIs related to HR
  • Develop strategies to deepen and enhance the culture
  • Design and execute Training Calendars and Employee Engagement practices to align with business
  • Manage total rewards and recognition system for the business / function through streamlined implementation and administration of processes
  • Support the conceptualization, design, and implementation of HR strategic initiatives
  • Engage regularly with all function heads to understand business specific needs & drive people agenda
  • Act as an employee champion through constant pulse, employee connects and other engagement avenues
  • Define & support collection of relevant data for meaningful analysis (attrition, manpower, R&R and performance, dashboards, etc.)
  • Support communication processes to ensure consistency of culture, values, and experience among employees
  • Create a productive and engaging workplace by focusing on employee engagement and taking proactive steps towards the same
  • Drive critical employee and HR management aspects such as communications, employee exit, and grievance redress to facilitate healthy and harmonious climate within the organization
Qualifications:
  • Passionate about Chronus’ solution and able to speak to our technology/industry
  • 7+ plus years of HR experience in a high-tech organization and at least 3-4 years' experience as a technical recruiter/HR generalist
  • Candidate must have demonstrated project management skills and ability to drive programs independently
  • Must have strong communication skills, including facilitation experience
  • Comfort with building relationships at all levels of the organization, strong interpersonal skills.
  • BA/BS degree with emphasis in HR or equivalent years of field related experience. An advanced degree and/or experience in higher education is preferred
  • Excellent understanding of the technology, social media, or Internet business preferred.
  • Complete special projects by clarifying project objective, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research, and developing and organizing information.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends and protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
