Job Title: Human Resource - Admin Executive Location: Chennai, India About Us: MiTran Global is a dynamic and innovative Edutech company. We are committed to creating positive environment for students. We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Human Resource Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities: Assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Maintain and update employee records and databases. Support HR initiatives and projects as directed by the HR Manager. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed. Provide timely and accurate information to employees regarding HR-related inquiries. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role. Solid understanding of HR platforms and software. Familiarity with all aspects of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance. Knowledge of KEKA HR platform or similar HR management systems is a MUST Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Schedule: Part-Time Possibility of Full-Time Conversion: Based on exceptional performance, there is potential for this role to transition into a full-time position.
