To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.Responsibilities

  • The purpose of this role is to source and pre-screen qualified professionals with the ultimate goal of developing and maintaining a diversified team of candidates available for open positions.
  • Hire first-level talent by effectively utilizing tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, and social channels to source candidates.
  • Liaison with external recruitment agencies to attract the best possible talent pool for the organization.
  • Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Updating internal databases with new hire information.
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
  • Develop training and onboarding material.
  • Provide reporting on recruiting metrics and hiring progress to The Director on a periodic basis.
  • Review and monitor the performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs.
Requirements
  • Masters or other professional degrees in HR
  • Hands-on with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
  • Brief understanding of HR Compliance & Grievances
  • Hands-on experience in digital tools / HRIS Management
  • Strong ownership evident through responsibility and accountability for end results; excellent judgment and maturity
