:Candidates from Agri/Soya industry background preferredRoles & responsibilities:\xef\x82\xb7 Head hunting: Identifying specific profiles and establishing contact, engaging, and hiring.\xef\x82\xb7 Sourcing: Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment agencies, job boards / job postings, social platforms, professional networks, employee referrals when required.\xef\x82\xb7 Database: Maintain organized databases with candidates\xe2\x80\x99 data\xef\x82\xb7 Interviewing: Using standardized screening techniques to assess the skills, qualifications & experience of potential candidates, facilitating pre-interviewassessments and subsequent interviews by SMEs.\xef\x82\xb7 Documentation & Feedback: Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.\xef\x82\xb7 Negotiating terms of hire with potential candidates.\xef\x82\xb7 Regular updating: Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.\xef\x82\xb7 Achieve the recruitment target assigned and liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs and achieve the same within the stipulated time frame.Candidate\xe2\x80\x99s skill set\xef\x82\xb7 Experience: 2 to 6 years preferable from the Agritech industry. Candidates from other industries are also welcome to apply.\xef\x82\xb7 Skills: Good communication skills including proficiency in English, talent acquisition skills, networking skills, Analytical skills. Professional Human Resources certification strongly preferred.
