Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR intern to join our team and gain practical experience in various HR functions. The HR intern will assist in recruitment and selection processes, training and development initiatives, and employee relations activities. The successful candidate will have a passion for HR and a desire to learn about HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Scheduling Interviews with clients
- Coordinating hiring efforts, and onboarding new employees.
