We are looking for a Technical Recruiter HR intern to join our Human Resources team and build the team together!   • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
What competencies you already have?
  • Experience in end to end recruitment starting from sourcing to onboarding
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment Marketing tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological tests, etc.)
