We have an urgent vacancy for Technical Recruiter for our R&D center in Chennai Job Responsibilities and Skills:
- Sourcing technical talent in Shine.com, Naukri, Monster Indeed etc.,
- Interacting with potential passive candidates on LinkedIn.
- Responsible for finding and attracting new employees from Job portals (e.g. LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Cal Jobs, Zip Recruiter, Craiglist, Internal Search and other job portals) to fill open positions and meet company's workforce needs and goals.
- Utilized applicant tracking system to maintain and track relationships with high potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Managed job postings and Talent Acquisition.
- MIS, Dashboard analysis using excel.
- Day shift
- Siruseri, Chennai - 603103, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Non IT Recruitment: 1 year (Preferred)
