hiring and onboarding
\xe2\x97\x8f Drafting HR SOP & Policies
\xe2\x97\x8f Developing training and performance management program that ensures all
employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal
and safety requirements
\xe2\x97\x8f Creating and updating compensation strategy through market analysis and pay
surveys
\xe2\x97\x8f Handling investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and
conflicts
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring all employment practices comply as per established SOPs
\xe2\x97\x8f Administration Work Skill(s) required:
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge about HR Norms
\xe2\x97\x8f Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities
