What do you need to do in this role?
This role will be handling overall human resource function of Hiring, Onboarding, Attendance and leave management, Administering employee benefits, Employee record management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Grievance Management, Exit Management.
Assisting in Talent acquisition and Recruitment processes
On boarding and Induction New joiners
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Handling attendance and leave management for all employees
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Ensure compliance with labour regulations
Assist and plan on training & development
Assist in quarterly and annual employee performance management program
Handling companywide employee engagement program
Executing exit formalities
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving HR related queries promptly such as applying new perks and benefits, leaves, compensation etc.

Strong experience in HRMS Software/ System, MS Office
Integrity and Ethics (discretion and confidentiality)

Who Should Apply?
Proven experience as an HR Generalist for 3 years. Experience in recruitment is added advantage.
Working experience in HRIS, HRMS Software.
Can Multitask with ease
Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
Excellent communication and people skills
You have high regards for no office politics work environment
You are tenacious, vibrant and always eager to learn
