Roles and Responsibilities:Administer compensation and benefit plansConduct employee onboarding.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arisePromote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplaceAssist in development and implementation of human resource policiesUndertake tasks around performance managementGather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover ratesOrganize quarterly and annual employee performance reviewsMaintain employee files and records in electronic form.Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activitiesEnsure compliance with labor regulationsRequirements and skillsProven experience as an HR Generalist ( 1-3 years)Understanding of general human resources policies and proceduresGood knowledge of employment/labor lawsOutstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS , pf and payrollExcellent communication and people skillsAptitude in problem-solvingDesire to work as a team with a results driven approachBSc/BA in Business administration or relevant fieldAdditional HR training will be a plusShift timings - 6:30pm- 3:30am( night shift)Salary bracket: 15k- 30k / monthNote: Candidate must have his/ her laptop and good wifi connection.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per monthSchedule:
