  • Recruitment and Selection: Conducting recruitment efforts, analyzing resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the selection process.
  • Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Handling employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and monitoring employee performance and development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing payroll.
  • Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal processes, providing feedback to employees, and assisting in performance improvement plans.
  • HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Policy Development: Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Information Systems: Utilizing HRIS to manage employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
