Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a Human Resource to design and oversee our company\xe2\x80\x99s hiring. HR Executive must educate, train, monitor, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees, managers, and executives. The ideal candidate is a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly. You will manage our recruitment to ensure we hire qualified employees to meet our company\xe2\x80\x99s current and future needs. Responsibilities and Duties
- Workforce Planning and Employment (recruitment and selection)
- Human Resource Development (training, orientation & development)
- Administering new employment assessments
- Attendance Management
- Payroll processing
- Maintaining Attendance, leaves, and other joining and exit formalities.
- Record Maintenance
- Policy Formulation
- Strategic Management
- 1-2 years of proven experience in an organization with a record of substantial achievements in the specific role
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
