Managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle and ensuring adherence to the process including employee recruitment and retention, employee development, conflict resolution. Managing the HR / IR operations includes Employee Relations, Grievances Handling, Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, employee engagement, Manpower Planning, & MIS.
Consistently recruiting an excellent staff. Maintaining a smooth on-boarding process (will be upto 75% of Job role).
Carry out the process of processing the monthly payroll in a timely manner (including attendance).
Ensure all compliances are met with regards to Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance.
Actively coordinate the Performance Management process across all functional areas
Carry out employee inductions and exit formalities as per processes set.
Meeting Process timelines and efficient grievance handling.
