Job Description


Job Purpose: This job is required to manage and lead the HR activities for ACT BU at Talegaon Top / Key Responsibilities for this position:
To prepare and work for the Manpower budget considering the forecasted Business of the Unit and make sure the planned Vs actual is met at any given point in time
To prepare and implement the Annual Salary Budget for the BU location
To prepare and present HR part for the - Organisation Review, EGP, Various other important reviews as and when required
To support for Various statutory and payroll , QMS related audits and provide data as required with maintaining the confidentiality and sensitivity of the information
To ensure the BU follows all the timely processes like - Performance Management, All employee Communications, Planned employee engagement initiatives, Learning and Development as per plan etc. and keep the records
Support to Operations and Other Important Functions to achieve organizational goals and devising Functional and BU strategies for the location
To drive the Company Values and Critical initiatives like DE&I for the BU
To support the HR MIS to India HR and BU HR on periodic basis
To make sure the major stakeholders of BU HR are informed, updated and aligned for important HR practice and policies. Ensure 100% adherence to the HR policies.
Organize Employee Engagement Survey, Employee Communication Meetings, Employee awards, and various employee engagement activities
To make sure that employee relations in the BU are maintained in a cordial manner. Any grievances coming from employees are addressed with utmost sensitivity and assurance of solutions wherever possible.
Supporting in Handling industral relations for EPMI site to site HR & IR leader
To make sure the Ethics of the company are followed in letters and spirits at the BU level and to communicate time to time about the Ethics to the employees.

Desired Educational Qualification
Post Graduation in HR
Technical Skills / Knowledge Required
Statutory Compliance Knowledge
Knowledge of Core HR practices
Any additional certifications like Korn/Ferry Leadership Architect, DE&I, Six Sigma etc. will be preferred
Industrial Relation knowledge
