THE ROLE

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role demands you to ensure that the HR policies and processes are in line with the objectives and requirements of a firm. HRBP act as trusted advisor to Department heads/ Leadership team on Temenos employee related matters. Our HR team collaborates locally and globally to advocate for the people who work at Temenos. Ultimately, our employees are our foundation and greatest value who fundamentally affect business results.
OPPORTUNITES

  • HRBP will be responsible for regular employee connects to know the pulse of the location, managing queries and concerns from employees end for Temenos Hyderabad.
  • HRBP will be a key contributor in providing valuable input to stakeholders on employee pulse, any grievance, retention strategies to minimize attrition while driving Organizational values, policies, and culture.
  • Keeping a track of all HR activities and sending report to Management as required.
  • Liaising with assigned business in Operations to plan, understand and discuss initiatives for employee management and performance.
  • Coordinating the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries to increase employee engagement level overall.
  • Drive and implement Performance Management process.
  • Counselling the employees on identified behavioral or performance issues to assist the employee in understanding the impact on performance & business objectives.
  • Drive and implement Communication channels for employees and management team.
  • To execute HR procedures & maintain relevant reports to ensure Administrative Compliance: recording of minutes, exit interview, disciplinary actions, attrition analysis, compliance & employee records.
  • Engagement activities will include one-one meetings, Skip Level meetings, Open House, Fun activities, and other employee engagement activities.
  • Assisting in Developmental Programs designed for employee welfare.
  • Assisting in Rewards & Recognition and other events organized by Organization.
  • Collaborates with other HR functions, location HRs and Global HR team to plan, direct, and coordinate programs and projects.
  • Report to Senior Manager - HR and provides decision support through HR metrics.
  • Takes care of Onboarding formalities and other HR operations in HYD location.
SKILLS
  • MBA/Any Masters degree / Engineering degree candidate with 8 plus years experience in Business Partnering in Product based company
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and Effective negotiating skills
  • Ability to travel on Business needs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
