Requirements

Relevant 9+ years of experience in Campus recruitment and Engagement programs.

Program Development: Design, develop, and implement internship programs that align with the organization\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives.

Student Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for students providing guidance on opportunities, application processes, and eligibility criteria. Engaging with students through workshops, seminars, and networking events.

Partnership Development: Building relationships with colleges and universities to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

Recruitment Initiatives: Organizing campus recruitment events, roadshows, and internship programs.

Brand Promotion: Promoting the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand and values on campus.

Program Management: Overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of campus engagement programs.

Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of engagement efforts.

Monitoring and Support: Regularly check in with students and their Managers to monitor progress, provide support, and address any issues or concerns.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to connect students and TPOs with valuable real-world experiences. Should stay current with industry trends and employment opportunities

Excellent Powerpoint/ Google slides presentation proposal development skills

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor\'s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree

Minimum Years of Experience: 8 Year(s)
