What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing:

This position provides:

• An excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to dive into the length and breadth of Workday HCM configurations & integrations.
• A ring-side view and opportunity to participate in initiatives that would shape how we operate as a company in the future.

This role calls for excellent problem-solving abilities, ability to visualize business scenarios and a deep understanding of HR business functions. The role would require strong written and verbal English communication skills. The role would also involve overlapping hours in the EST time zone.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy high-quality solutions in an Agile framework.
• Understand system pain points, determine root causes, and develop solutions in Workday to address short-term and long-term requirements.
• Support maintenance of Workday HRIS configuration, functional configuration, and business processes/sub-processes and design & development of WD HR features within SLAs.
• Independently manage design and development of deliverables.
• Help identify and manage dependencies and downstream impacts of projects to minimize adverse effects on the system and business processes.
• Provide end-user support including root cause analysis and resolution through the ticketing system; create/maintain training and other documentation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements and design documents, test logs for requested changes & enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards and adherence to change management policies related to implementation, changes, and updates.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancements to align with evolving business needs.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• 3+ years experience with a HR ERP system development role (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP etc.) with minimum 3 years of experience in Workday HCM.
• Mandatory experience on EIBs, BPs, Condition rules and any two or more of the following HR modules: Compensation, Absence & Time Tracking, Workday Payroll & Core HCM.
• Understanding of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, good judgment, mature and positive attitude.
• Ability to exercise discretion with highly confidential information.
• Attend to detail with accuracy.
• Willingness to work until 2 pm EST /11:30 pm IST

Mandatory Requirements:

We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.
