Role

The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) is the first point of contact for all employees within the South Asia region and the Asia Pacific region. This role will report to the VP of HR and will work remotely based within the region. In partnership with key business leaders, the HRBP will be accountable to deliver the following HR priorities to include, but not limited to full cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits administration, and the implementation of global learning and development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the face of HR for the region
  • Proactively coach employees and managers to address performance issues, and collaboratively develop improvement plans
  • Ensure consistent implementation within the region of all policies and procedures along with ongoing updates for compliance
  • Provide day to day advice to line managers on all human resource issues: management of staff, remuneration, etc.
  • Ensure all s are kept up to date, completed within the global template and include local country hiring requirements
  • Conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) annually for the region
  • Continually evaluate existing processes and programs to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Other duties as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience within the ASIA region
  • Must have the ability to formulate and deliver recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using the Company\xe2\x80\x99s standards, practices, policies, or procedures
  • Exercises confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented and highly accountable
  • Approachable and confident to interact with leaders and employees at all levels
  • Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks, manage projects, and meet deadlines
  • Must be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • The use of good judgment and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Well developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven computer skills in Microsoft Office application suite and human resources information systems
