The HR Technology and Integration (T&I) organization is responsible for the technology strategy and implementation that will enable internal users (people managers, employees, HR) to have self-service digital solutions running through highly efficient processes. This is a global, enterprise-wide organization which partners with our IT department (TEIS) and connects with all COEs, Segment/BU and HR Solutions functions to enable digitization of our processes, workflows and documents.
The T&I project manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the T&I projects. This includes project plans, business cases, resource management, budget management, risk & issue management, cross-organizational coordination, vendor management, executive communications & reporting, critical problem resolution, escalations and assuring effective organizational change management. The project manager will partner closely with the rest of the T&I team to oversee the assigned projects and to keep track of the team's productivity, progress & performance. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of expertise leading technology initiatives and must be passionate about the quality delivery of projects. They need to ensure that project deadlines & objectives are met, have strong communication & influencing skills, foster teamwork and be comfortable working on global complex projects.
