The person will have great Design Thinking, Ideation, Simplification and Innovation skill capabilities for delivering our Automation agenda. We are looking for a specialist who will collaborate and work closely with internal/external stakeholders, think creatively about solutions and balance business needs with system capabilities. Accountabilities
Contribute to the journey of simplification, innovation & automation within HR systems and related HR operations processes.
Help delivering digital transformation using integrated HR Technology applications \xe2\x80\x93 Workday, Taleo, WalkMe etc.
Deliver Innovation through process digitization using AI & ML, RPA and ChatBots.
Apply design thinking and other optimization frameworks to deliver smarter digital processes centred around employee experience & efficiency creation within HR systems and wider HR operations.
Drive hackathons to foster innovation culture within HR solutions & Systems team. End to end responsibility of planning & execution with the help of larger HR systems and HR operations team members
Knowledge of process automation tools \xe2\x80\x93 UI path, Automation Anywhere etc.
Process simplification methodology \xe2\x80\x93 Design thinking, Lean
Knowledge of core HCM systems viz Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo etc.
Experience on Workday Innovation Services that includes Workday Assistance, Natural Workspaces, Workday for Slack or MS Teams
Detailed understanding HR processes and process modelling
Ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally
Ability to work independently, with general direction and guidance
Tools - Experience in software tools like JIRA, MS Team, Smartsheets etc.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies

Work experience
Total of 10-12 years of experience and a minimum of 8 years in process simplification and improvement
Prior experience in HR technology domain is a must
Should have led or managed robotics implementation
Should have an experience in driving process improvements within HR systems as well as HR operations
Critical experience
Prior experience in large multi-national organization.
Experience in HR Technology and HR Process Digitization
Hands on experience in Workday or other equivalent HCM suits
Experience in global stakeholder management
Experience in change management
