Job Overview

TE Connectivity currently has an opportunity within its HR Solutions function - HR Technology & Integration Team, for an HR Systems & Workforce Analyst.
This is a critical role, responsible for the delivery of HR Digital Solutions in the fields of HR Data Governance and Systems Security. This position will be reporting to the Manager of the Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Team.
You will be responsible for helping to develop and execute TE's global technology and analytics strategy and will be accountable for the continuous improvement of HR, as well as enterprise-wide HR systems, HR data security/privacy, workforce analytics and systems-related HR audit and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, consultative and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and align across the organization to drive outcomes. We are looking for someone who enjoys building, figuring out the best way to achieve results, and working closely with a diverse set of teams. We need someone who enjoys operating in ambiguity and using creativity to combat challenges.

Responsibilities:

Technical/User Support

  • Manage HR systems access requests and trouble-shoot HR systems access and reporting issues (via a case management system).
  • Seek to understand stakeholder questions, businesses and functions.
  • Act as an SME within Security & GRC.
Consulting/Collaborating
  • Act as a point of contact to HR Business Partners and leaders.
  • Collaborate with corporate partners (HR, Finance, TEIS, etc.) to ensure successful realization of HR digital solutions, that effectively meet business needs.
  • Proactively manage vendor relationships that support HR systems initiatives.
  • Seek feedback and commitment in approach before partnering with your team to deliver GRC related tools.
Delivery
  • Scope, Prioritize and Capture clear statements of work.
  • Help design, deliver and lead adoption of new processes through coaching, mentoring and enablement (creating content and supporting guides).
  • Transform data into information though the development of appropriate tools, processes, metrics and analyses, identifying business challenges through data analysis, to influence change.
  • Ensure HR technology solutions meet internal audit and external regulatory requirements.
  • Apply TEOA principles and tools to continuously improve HR processes and services.
Technology
  • Be passionate in learning tools, methods and approaches to Security and GRC.
  • Stay current with HR industry and HR technology trends, evaluate options against business requirements and make recommendations to management that improve existing business processes and systems.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in Role Based Access Control (RBAC) or Role Based Security
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management platform essential
  • Experience of developing Robotic Automation Processes (RPA: UiPath preferred)
  • Experience of data quality tool configuration a plus (Informatica preferred)
  • Understanding of Data Governance and Data Governance platforms (Collibra preferred)
  • Highly skilled in using MS Excel.
  • Proficient in using Tableau.
  • Strong ability to create data driven presentations in MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving resolution skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, work independently and collaborate within a distributed team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with people across geographies, functions, and levels of the organization.
  • Prior experience delivering and working in Human Resources function.
