Position Summary As the HR Specialist – India, you will be responsible for helping support the HR team with various projects and responsibilities. In addition, this role will be responsible for HRIS administration and precise data entry management. Key Responsibilities

• Help with HR for the India employees;
• Work closely with U.S. teams (Desktop Services, Talent Acqusition, HR Business Partner, etc.);
• Help with the accuracy and distribution of detailed reports;
• Cleaning and organizing data;
• Work on other areas of Human Resources projects such as filing, reporting, etc.;
• Answer questions from employees and providing great customer service;
• Other projects as assigned.

• 1-2 years of experience in HR;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal);
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Outlook);
• Experience with international payroll helpful, but not required;
• Ability to multi-task, and be trainable;
• Strong work ethic and a great attitude;
• Great problem-solver;
• Experience with basic math;
• Speaks English;
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
