About the Job: To administer, promote, and support the Human Resource framework primarily for India. The role will involve interacting, working, and contributing to other countries within the South & East Asia BU. Role holder to be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, supporting the Line Managers and Partners with HR queries, while driving key HR KPIs and processes. To actively partner with the Business Leaders and support the achievement of HR KPIs and business objectives. Reporting: HR Manager India Location: Gurgaon Job Responsibilities: Operate as a trusted advisor and partner with business leaders/ leadership team on \'People matters\'. Work with business leaders/ leadership team to manage full spectrum of HR and escalate issues to the HR Manager when required. Provide HR Generalist advice to all the stakeholders. Advising and managing individual or team based HR issues and problems. Develop processes, policies and procedures: ensure these are up to date & well communicated and meet legislative/ best practice guidelines. Resolve escalated HR queries from all the stakeholders. Monitor and analyze HR KPIs. Support Recruitment activities at the interview stage and onboarding process. Rolling out all HR Global/ Regional initiatives. Analyze people engagement survey result, partner with the business leaders and team leaders to identify and execute people action plan. Support delivery of cyclical HR processes e.g. performance management, salary & bonus review. Partner with business leaders/ team leaders to complete Training Needs Analysis, have a training calendar and analyze effectiveness of the training. Maintain HR database in the HRIS, ensured HR data is up-to-date and accurate at all times. Support HR project planning & delivery. Work with the Global Mobility team to manage transfers. Manage relationships with external providers. Manage employee exits. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management/ any related disciplines or equivalent. At least 6-10 years of working experience in an HR generalist role. Well-versed with Indian employment-related laws, familiar with statutory requirements including liaison with labor authorities and local HR practices. Familiar with the Employment Pass/ Professional Pass application process and be able to manage the process on behalf of ERM. Experience gained from a Multinational working environment is preferred. Strong operational hands-on experience, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Have good communication skills with a professional command of written and spoken English. Possesses high level of integrity and is able to maintain confidentiality of company and personnel confidential matters and information at all times. Highly self-motivated and must have a real drive to learn and grow. Resourceful, proactive, reliable, and committed with a positive work attitude. Able to multi-task, determine priorities, organize work for maximum delivery results meet deadlines, and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact well with all levels. Passionate to create a great place to work to lead employee engagement efforts. Strong learning ethic, for personal and professional development Flexible, adaptable, can-do attitude and an excellent team player Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office, HRIS (workday), and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
