Job Title: HR Representative
Location: Mumbai, India

Summary Position:
Primary responsibility of role is to respond to inquiries regarding HR policy and procedure, the HR Portal and HR self-service forms associated with particular HR transactions.

POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Primary responsibility of role is to respond to inquiries regarding HR policy and procedure, the HR Portal and HR self-service forms associated with particular HR transactions.
  • Handle Cross-Regional inquiries and processes on top of regional ones.
  • Take on specialized process as POC for EMEA.
  • Regional FAS Activity and Mass requests/projects.
  • Data management and presentation towards other COEs.
  • Responds to unusual customer special/urgent requests.
  • Position interacts with managers, prospective candidates and employees via e-mail, service now case requests live chat.
  • Works directly with managers, candidates, and other HR staff; Accepts and routes requests for assistance over e-mail, via live chat, and through web forms; Works directly with customers to resolve recurring or standard problems.
  • Gathers information and records data in HR tools; Monitors transaction status and escalates transactions, as necessary; Responds to client inquiries relative to the Staffing function including Completion of forms and documentation, prepares error-free written communication including e-mails and letters, Follow-up with candidates relative to interview scheduling and documentation, and Escalation of appropriate actions to other parties.
  • Position required to follow up with customers to ensure completion of task within specified performance parameters.
  • Generates daily and weekly incident reporting; Reviews incident history to determine recurring faults.
  • Provides feedback regarding accuracy of knowledge articles and other customer contact tools.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor\'s Degree (Psychology, Human Resource Management)
At least 3 years of related experience
Excellent Business Writing and Verbal Communication Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
Attention to Detail and Organization
Proficient in English Language and Grammar
Customer Experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior work experience in the HR field (i.e. HR back-office, shared services, HRIS, HR Generalist roles)
Prior Experience in Customer Support or Incident Management
Workday/ServiceNow experience
