Employment Responsibilities
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resources data records in multiple systems.
- Assists with onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Answers employee questions and processes requests through the HR ticketing system.
- Processes benefit transactions.
- Audits data in multiple systems.
- Assists with payroll related activities.
- Prepares reports and data requests.
- Assists with team projects.
- Ensures employee information is kept confidential.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time position based in India. Hours of work are Monday through Friday; 4:00 pm to 1:00 am IST. Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Some knowledge and understanding of basic Human Resources laws in India
- Ability to follow detailed processes and meet deadlines
- Is proactive and willing to learn
- Strong and effective communication skills in English
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Must demonstrate a positive, flexible, proactive, and hands-on can-do approach
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
This job operates remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a computer and phone. A strong internet connection is required (company subsidy available).
